Ken Johnson, our Founder and CEO, leads with vision and purpose—driven by a mission to empower independent programs and redefine what athletic and academic success look like. His leadership style blends innovation with discipline, setting a standard of excellence for everyone involved.

Leroy Foster, our Director of Athletics, is the heartbeat of our athletic operations. With years of experience mentoring athletes and building competitive programs, he ensures that every student-athlete receives the support, structure, and exposure they need to succeed—on and off the field.

Michele Martin, our Executive Assistant, is the organizational force that keeps everything running smoothly. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for our members make her an essential part of our daily success.
